I would like to compliment the young lady Jessie who made my drink today. She was very kind, attentive, and professional. She understood my detailed order the first time without me having to repeat anything, and she prepared my drink exactly the way I wanted it. The customer service was excellent, and she made me feel welcome. My drink was delicious, and it’s clear that she takes pride in her work. I will definitely be returning to Starbucks.
