Coffee used to be good here, now, somehow, I asked for a short triple latte, and it was anything but... For some reason, some unexplainable flavor was added to it. Even though I said it wasn't right, they said if they remade it it would be exactly the same. Doesn't make sense. Also, on Saturday Oct. 26, they opened more than an hour late.
Terrible service. This store forced me to travel across town to a bigger store with better service and thoughtful employees. I was humiliated by and employee after I had just loaded my GOLD card & was just about to order when this weirdo employee told me to order something or leave. Racist store? I don't KNOW. All I know is the other store on Kapolei Blvd showed me respect & didn't demand I order anything while I say and read emails.
Their service is bad. Would never go there again. I was standing there for like 3min and them workers dont even say hello ill be right with you. Theyre like mute.
