Made 3 drinks entirely incorrectly despite ordering on the app so there could be no confusion. Lady at drive thru window was very rude.
I often visit this location between shifts to enjoy a quick bite but it was incredibly hard today being that most seats were covered with boxes. I usually am able to find a seat to do work no problem but the manager wouldn’t even allow me to charge my phone at the station because her interview had “priority seating”. I did not know that paying customers could get denied seating let alone a place to charge my phone. Not to mention, I already bought my drink & bakery item, which was overcooked. One of the better store on the West side.
The barista team here is amazing. Always friendly, attentive, and hardworking. I come in all the time, and they never fail to impress. Big thanks to them.
