Service here is poor. I’m not a Starbucks employee so I’m not trained in their drinks or food. I’m a customer. Employees here are impatient and have nasty attitudes. I guess looking at me like I’m dumb as I’m ordering makes them feel superior. Luckily, I’m not really a fan of their drinks so I don’t visit often. If I take up less than a minute of your time ordering a drink and you automatically have a nasty attitude before I speak, then it’s an internal issue.

I did a mobile order for venti mocha frappuccino. It was supposed to be ready at 3:59pm. I went to the counter at 4:01pm and waited until 4:12pm. I finally got the attention of someone and asked for my mobile order. She was looking around for it and it was by the drive thru drinks. On my mobile app order I said pickup IN STORE. I usually have great service and the staff are nice but every time I ask for extra inclusions I somehow get less than normal amount. I know we all make mistakes but this is like the 10th time and I’m paying for it, so just a little frustrating.
