If I could give a negative star review I would definitely do that. To say I was treated horribly this morning is an understatement! I placed a pu order and got to the store about 30 minutes later. I drove up to the window where 2 young ladies were giving me a sour look. I was confused. The one girl opened the window. No good morning how can I help you nothing. She said "yes". I said "I'm here to pu an order for Jami". She then proceeded to be rude and reprimanded me for not stopping at the speaker before coming to the window... read more

Got my grande drink, and it was only a tall. I had to ask for more milk to fill up the cup. The girl tried to fill it up with cold skim milk. Seriously? The volume was uncomfortably loud. I asked one of the managers if she could turn it down a little. She responded, "I'm not supposed to", and didn't. The ambiance should be about the customers comfort. The store was practically empty.
