This location staff don’t care about people time we order couple things and they took 45 min to get order ready

I ordered a $9 matcha with vanilla bean powder and cold foam. I am pretty certain that the vanilla bean powder is not supposed to just be sitting at the bottom, along with the Matcha not actually mixed all the way. The Matcha powder is also just sitting in the bottom. I knew the barista from school, so maybe she doesn't like me, but that's unacceptable for a workplace. (I also work in food) Very disappointed.
