The customer service at this location is appalling. As someone with multiple starbucks partners in her family, one of whom is a shift manager, the standards that starbucks has for customer service were not met whatsoever. We went through the drive thru to pick up two mobile orders under two different names and we were told to pull forward. We got to the window and were handed two drinks that were not ours.
