They run out of what you order but don’t tell you anything until after you’ve already been waiting for 10 minutes, not sure why they think it’s okay to waste people’s time

This mall is quite busy, and the parking spaces can be a bit tight. Unfortunately, some drivers park in a way that can make it tricky for others to navigate, sometimes taking up more space than necessary. The Starbucks is spacious but has limited seating, which might be a deliberate choice to manage crowd flow. They could probably use one more staff member to make things run smoother. With only two employees, one of whom is making drinks while the other handles orders and immediate requests, the pace can feel a little slow. ... read more

I have been a loyal customer of this Starbucks for over 7 years. I used to love this place, don’t get me wrong. The service has been declining in quality for years. Today, my drink took 28 minutes to be completed. I walked in to find my drink had been abandoned (there were three items in the order, only one had been finished after almost half an hour.) Also, the staff is so rude. Go to the one in Cross County instead, or the Dunkin Donuts next door.
