Updated review the only reason that this is not a one star review is because of Jon who works here. However, I just had an interaction with Tom and it had to be the worst and rudest experience I’ve ever had with the Starbucks employee. Tom literally just slammed the window in my face as I was talking to them. It almost makes me never want to go to this location again which is crazy because I go here all the time. Please somebody have a talking to with Tom and the way that they treat people it’s literally in human.
As someone that considers themselves a Starbucks connoisseur. As I have been to Starbucks all over the world as a military veteran. I have to say running into John this morning while getting my latte was just an amazing experience. It’s early and I’m tired and I was grumpy. And John had a very genuine and kind aura with their customer service. It’s truly appreciated John. Thank you so much for showing kindness to an absolute stranger this morning! I will be forever coming back to the Starbucks if John is working there.
