Michelle at the drive thru window is very disrespectful and snarky when talking to customers. Me and my family placed a mobile order before coming to the drive thru and we explained at the speaker that we had a mobile order. Her immediate response was “Looks like you just put that in, we haven’t even begun to make that order.” This comment was unnecessary and rude.
