I ordered a grande nitro cold brew through the drive-thru. The girl who took my order said the total was $6.26. When I got to the window, the screen said $8.22. As I was tapping my card, I remembered she had told me $6.26, so I asked why I was being charged $8.22. She told me I had selected the tip option. That was a lie!
