It’s 9:58 AM on a Friday. There’s 4 people here working. It’s just as slow as when I came in with 1 worker. They have no sense of urgency and don’t know when to stop talking, especially when there’s other customers waiting. If you’re looking to grab something fast THIS IS THE LAST PLACE. always a waste of time

I hesitated leaving a review of my last experience because it’s not always bad at this location, but that’s the point- it is so inconsistent. Your experience and level of service here depends on who’s helping you. They are usually understaffed, but some barista will manage to do it by themselves by hustling and staying professional. My last time here I ordered 1 drink, with only no one ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes waiting for the barista to end her conversation with a target employee.
