I hesitated leaving a review of my last experience because it’s not always bad at this location, but that’s the point- it is so inconsistent. Your experience and level of service here depends on who’s helping you. They are usually understaffed, but some barista will manage to do it by themselves by hustling and staying professional. My last time here I ordered 1 drink, with only no one ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes waiting for the barista to end her conversation with a target employee. Love this place
I had 1 can if soda. Exactly 1 can of soda, the representative was standing on his phone doing nothing. There was no line and no customers at the Starbucks. He said he's not allowed to ring out 1 can of soda with cash, all the registers were card only. It was a $2 can of soda and he stated it wouldn't be fair to everyone else, when I went in line twice and found out the self check outs were card only. He was on his phone doing nothing and he clearly just didn't want to help. I am never coming back here again.
