They are always fast and really nice. They also wrote on my cups this morning and it has made my morning.
I asked for extra caramel, extra crunch and extra whip cream on my Venit Caramel Ribbon frappuccino they didn't put extra anything. Usually the caramel covers the inside of my cup..
Ice drinks are definitely iced. You def get more ice than drink. The location on Lakeshore is so much better. Idk what is wrong with the baristas at this location.
Everything about the experience was excellent. The only issue I forsee is exiting the drive-thru in a big truck. I drive a sub-compact sub with an amazing steering radius and had a little trouble making it out of those two 90-degree turns.
