I have literally never seen this before. There were multiple customers needing help and one of the workers was on a SPEAKER PHONE call, chit chatting while walking around making things. Setting their phone on all of the equipment, ignoring people that were waiting for things etc. it was a first for me and I live in Manhattan. Highly unprofessional and honestly really unsanitary. That dirty phone all over the coffee machines and next to the ice. Really gross.
I had such a great experience at Starbucks the other day thanks to Cam Jason and Bella! All of them were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right, and Bella greeted me with such a warm smile that instantly brightened my day. Their positive energy and genuine friendliness made my visit extra enjoyable. Huge thanks to both of them for making Starbucks feel like more than just a coffee stop—it felt like a truly great experience!
