The employee was working alone on a Saturday morning so it was busy and service was slow. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew which I order every time, and though I don't know much about making coffee, it seemed like she had some coffee already made sitting to the side which she used. It tasted AWFUL and like it was suuuuuper old. The color was also off and I don't think there was any sweet foam in it. I took 2 drinks and threw the rest of it away.
