Google close timing at 9 pm but they guys clean his machine at 7:30 pm Very rude. This is not like starbucks thinkss because starbucks is not cheap coffe store
Everytime I go into this Starbucks some of the baristas seem to have an attitude, and I always feel judged when I order my drink. Which is why I don’t go here and go to a different Starbucks. Which, I should be able to finish off my shopping with a nice Starbucks drink right? I mean it’s right in the store! But these baristas seem to make it feel otherwise, where are their customer service skills?
Absolutely amazing gals! Always super quick and convenient service here, never had a bad experience. Honestly the best Starbucks in town!!
Worst customer service ever, I was there on Sunday 11/16/2025 at around 5:20 ~ 5:30pm. Ordered 3 Matcha Frap, the girls at the register were so nice, except the “white” lady who was making my drink didn't know what she was doing and complained saying “who would ever order something this, I would never blahh blah”. And a lot more. I really don't care how she makes it, but at least be professional and talk like that in front of customers waiting is not professional at all. Absolutely RUDE employees here. Whoever was working 5/24 at 6pm needs some more customer service training… the girl with the red hair did all the work while the other two got mad at us for asking for our drink to be remade because it was wrong. She was behind the counter talking bad about us while we are right there waiting… Not how I expect to be treated at a Target.
