The attitude they have towards customers is ridiculous and something needs to change. There are several drinks in Starbucks that are made with whipped cream. So how come they are always out of whipped cream and mocha and the other day I was told no chocolate either? I actually bought them whipped cream once just to make my drink and I told them to keep the rest of it. What a pity when the customer has to help.

They can’t make coffee an hour before they close because they stop to clean machines, second time this has happened
