My husband and I came to this location to pick up a DoorDash order and needed to use the restroom. We saw the sign stating “Restrooms are for customers only,” so we respectfully asked for the code. The older short woman working there immediately snapped, “WHAT?!”—completely unprovoked. After repeating the request, she rudely responded again with, “Restrooms are for customers only,” despite us clearly being there to pick up an order. Why coffe is so expensive and taste like hot water no coffe at all.... with and extra dollar you can have gourmet coffe... this has to change..... coffe that is just hot water.....
I’m a regular customer at Starbucks. I tried using the restroom before buying a drink, and a lady asked me to buy something first in order to provide me with the bathroom passcode. That’s not professional at all and very disrespectful. I think I’ll give Starbucks a break. No wasting 5 dollars for a coffee again.
