The service is SOOOOO bad!!! If you want a true Birmingham experience, go here and they'll treat you like trash, just like Birmingham. Go to Adam and Eve, forget this place.
I went in at like 3pm and the people making the drinks are just talking and the girl had to make my drink 2 different times and still wasn’t even close to what I ordered and it’s on the sticker and they are actually so lazy. When I’m paying 11 dollars for a drink and you can’t make it even somewhat right when it’s so basic it’s really frustrating. I ordered a cold brew with protein cold foam and my coffee was grainy and she put chocolate sauce in it and with most of the cup being ice after I ordered light ice.
I stopped at the Starbucks to get a peach tea and the lady was so sweet and quick with my order. Thank you all for training a sweet, dedicated lady.. Until next time..
SO....SO...SO...SOOO LAZY: The workers are literally just lazy...its April 3rd as I write this and I was the first customer of the day and the only one in the lobby she rushed my matcha and it tasted awful...lazy just plain ole lazy
