The workers are lazy , every time I just ask one simple thing they are like we don’t have , they don’t even make your drink properly, just having fun with each other and this happens with me many times if they are in mood to give they will give you the otherwise becoz of their laziness they will say “sorry we don’t have this “.
The service is SOOOOO bad!!! If you want a true Birmingham experience, go here and they'll treat you like trash, just like Birmingham. Go to Adam and Eve, forget this place.
I went in at like 3pm and the people making the drinks are just talking and the girl had to make my drink 2 different times and still wasn’t even close to what I ordered and it’s on the sticker and they are actually so lazy. When I’m paying 11 dollars for a drink and you can’t make it even somewhat right when it’s so basic it’s really frustrating. I ordered a cold brew with protein cold foam and my coffee was grainy and she put chocolate sauce in it and with most of the cup being ice after I ordered light ice.
I stopped at the Starbucks to get a peach tea and the lady was so sweet and quick with my order. Thank you all for training a sweet, dedicated lady.. Until next time..
