The female that made my drink, totally ignored my request and made it the way that she wanted it, not the way that I requested it. I had to make two corrections with her and even requested a refund during this in counter. She finally got it half right and I was served my half ass drink. Birmingham, Airport location. NEVER AGAIN!
I just paid $14 for 2 hot waters with foam. Ugh. Our lattes taste nothing like coffee.
I had ordered on the app while I was waiting for a food order at another airport restaurant. When I arrived at Starbucks, my order was ready, per the app. There was one coffee at the pick up counter but I didn't see a name on it and didn't see the ticket. I held it up and kindly asked if this was an order for me (I said my name). The worker then tells me to look at the ticket because he can't see it from where he's standing. I then realized that the ticket was hidden under the cup sleeve. A little kindness goes a long way.
