6:31 AM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. My wife and I ordered a latte and a black coffee and were told that they did not have black coffee. When the server was asked for clarification, she said “I haven’t had any time to make any.“ Coffee shops that do not have black coffee do not deserve good reviews. Nor do employees who respond with nonsensical answers.
Just ordered my white chocolate latte! It’s absolutely horrible! $8 for hot water! No breakfast sandwiches either! Starbucks and Bham Airport just keep getting worse! (This is location down from chik fila)
unfortunately, this is the only coffee place at BHM.
Great service and my chai was piping hot.
