En verdad no considero que este local tiene buen servicio. Cada vez que voy me toca una barista que se llama Ruby y no me trata nada bien, si le pido que me modifique algo es cómo pesado para ella. Me gustaría que arreglen este problema ya que este es el que me queda cerca de la casa.
So the thing is, that I go here almost everyday. I get mostly attended by a girl named Ruby and she is always in a bad mood. I don’t like this because that’s how I start my day. I don’t believe she should represent the store. She has really bad customer service.
I love going to this location when I visit my family in New York. I always have a wonderful experience. I also was having a bit of a rough day & Ms. Kaylin at the window most definitely brighting up my day. Thanks Kaylin!!
