I love going to Starbucks. I used to love hanging out around this branch. The generation of Baristas now a days are way different now. No rapport with customers. Anti-social atmosphere. They make your coffee. And go on their own way. No smile on their faces even. Sad though.
I love this store! I’ve been coming here daily for the past 3 weeks after my 3 mile walk and getting my mango refresher energizer drink. My drink is made perfect every time. Great staff! Great management! and the cleanliness is a plus 😊
Ordered a pistachio Frappuccino and it was sickeningly sweet. Turns out the barista didn’t add any espresso, so I received a large cup of syrup milk.
This Starbucks is extremely unprofessional and from the looks of some of the reviews it isn’t one of the top rated. I would implore management to take a long hard look at the staff. They were very rude and unprofessional. As a business professional I am taken a back by the dismissive attitude and lack of service recieved here, so much so that I stopped to provide a review. I wouldn’t come here again.
