I have never felt the need to leave comments before, but I must address an issue with this branch in the Stern Library. They did not take the label seriously and completely disregarded my request for "light ice." Half of the cup ended up being filled with ice, which is far more than the typical amount for a normal cup. This is unacceptable. What is going on with this branch?
The cashier needs to work on her work ethic.
It's not in my nature to leave bad reviews but I'm doing this because all the experience I've had in this branch are all bad stories, they are not giving good service and their way of handling payments are not professional and kind. I gave it many chance and it keeps on disappointing me. If you're planning to go here, I suggest you don't, so that they'll see things are not effective as it should be.
I don't think they've been trained properly because I've had so many drinks that needed to be remade. I've thrown away the last two drinks I've gotten because they put so much syrup or sauce in the cups I can't drink all that sugar. They don't pay attention to the orders on the label, so your iced drink comes hot or your refresher comes with lemonade after you asked for no lemonade.
