If you dont tip you get the worse service, if you tip a dollar even worse than that. My food came out cold today. Shut it down and pack it up.

The quality of service really declined in the last few months… hate to leave poor reviews, but for anyone looking to have quality service I would stay with midtown in Birmingham, target on lakeshore, or hoover locations. This one location has sent me an in store pickup order that had a sticker from 45 minutes prior to placing my delivery order, a cup with 1/4 space left, and now a venti drink without a sticker completely for my delivery order… just not interested in trying it again and want to be honest for anyone that reall... read more
