Go to Burger King for coffee. This Starbucks is so unorganized. Even mobile orders are messed-up.
Worst Starbucks ever!
Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. Over 20 minutes to work through half a dozen orders.
We were leaving Birmingham with a smile, thinking of how nice and warm everyone had been during our stay. Unfortunately, this Starbucks visit left us with a bad taste as we said goodbye. The cashier’s attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional — she was short with us, provided poor service, and even the way she looked at us felt dismissive and unpleasant. On Wednesday August 27 2025 2 employees ignored customers until they leave without ordering. Worst Starbucks ever. This place must be a tax write-off.
