Every time I come here the person that is taking my order has never put it in right even after them asking me multiple times what my order is because they weren’t able to put it in correctly, today I asked the man who was taking my order if I could have extra Carmel drizzle he seemed like he understood but then when I get my drink I can clearly see it has no extra Carmel drizzle and then I look at the receipt and it’s because the never put it on my order. Very slow service, I am waiting here is 30 minutes. My order, not ready. I am pick up. Uber eats order hair is only training centre maybe New staff.
Just noticing all these reviews. Visited this Starbucks near the Tesla supercharger. My visit was smooth and the people were very friendly and smiling.
These guys are always understaffed but they do their best every time and it’s great every time i’ve been there
