I come to this location every morning because it’s an essential part of my routine because of Faith, Charlie, Spencer, Kenna, Cozy and Freddie. They are not just fantastic baristas but have become my friends. Every one of these individuals deserves recognition. Working in customer service is very hard and they truly deliver an experience where I feel valued. They are the reason I come back daily and how I became a Reserve Member.
Usually love this place, but today I got denied paying for the person behind me because Charlie was “too busy” and it would “throw him off” I was like I just paid so wouldn’t she be pulling up to pay now anyways and he said sorry there’s just no way. Will be going to a different place from here on out, super disappointed in the service.
Every time I come here the person that is taking my order has never put it in right even after them asking me multiple times what my order is because they weren’t able to put it in correctly, today I asked the man who was taking my order if I could have extra Carmel drizzle he seemed like he understood but then when I get my drink I can clearly see it has no extra Carmel drizzle and then I look at the receipt and it’s because the never put it on my order.
