Having a mom and daughter date today and we rarely do something like Starbucks but decided to treat ourselves. The person at the window was rushy, closed the window quickly and nonresponsive when I tried waving them down to ask for some cold foam in a cup that I could just put on top myself. Placed a mobile order for my daughter’s favorite drink for her and I, only to receive them sans the pumpkin cream cold foam.
