They don’t know the refill policy. I ordered an espresso frappe with coconut milk they said they didn’t have then they offered ice coffee frappe which was fine. I got in line to get a refill for an ice coffee or whatever qualifies me for a refill I said I’m not picky I’ll take what ever qualifies me for a refill. The worker said I don’t know let me ask then I had 3 employees telling me based on what I ordered I couldn’t get any refill of anything they explained I would have had to order an iced coffee or a tea and my iced co... read more
they didn’t have two falafels and isn’t offered me a cheap food but i already ordered the two so they still owe me 1.40$
The atmosphere was so amazing!! All baristas were so welcoming and the red hair girl at the register was super nice and helped me pick my drink! Would definitely come in again!!! :)
Would like to speak to the owners about the store. Having worked for Starbucks over 13 years I would like to discuss some things that need improving
Charging $1 for cup of water even when purchasing something is kind of ridiculous. Also having (4) workers present and yet waiting at the register to order during non-rush time explains why this Starbucks is reviewed so terribly.
