The manager Natalee won’t let me order my $9 drink the way I like it. I ask for my cup to be completely filled up with ice and order a venti iced brown sugar oak shaken espresso. I have been ordering this drink almost daily for about 5 or 6 years now. I ask for no cinnamon, and the oat milk on the side, because EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask for light cinnamon or oat milk, it’s always too much. So I prefer to do it myself. I personally think that the employees should be given sufficient time to prep for opening. At 6:36 it was mentioned to me that no dark roast was yet ready and in this economy I’m not going to buy 10$ coffee for fun- I needed energy I was so dead tired; I didn’t have the time to wait before caffeine entered my system- a coffee drinker gets it. Every time I go to this location either the quality or the service is off. This time I ordered a mobile order for drive thru pickup and was guilted because I came to pick it up 5 mins after placing the order and not 8….i hate ordering through the drive thru speakers hence why I place a mobile order and all I ordered was a cold brew. Nothing fancy. Not sure if I’ll ever come back to this location what a waste of a Starbucks
Very friendly staff, nice new location. Staff were very kind to me when I was having a very hard day, and I was very touched by their kindness.
