I don’t know how you’re gonna stay in business with all this kids who doesn’t care about customer service. I stopped by today. I’ve been standing there for a while. No one even asked me if I want to order anything So instead, I ask them if I can order or they still open? After I ordered grande size I get medium size. It’s so obvious because bigger side next to my cup. And I went and read the review. They got a lot of bad review. I’m not surprised. I love Starbucks, but I don’t like customer service in this particular branch
They’re great! Location is always clean, the atmosphere is great and the employees are awesome!
The service at this place is horrible, order coffee on a mobile app and you have to go stand in here for a half an hour why these people are four of them are taking orders from customers walking up and just ignoring everybody that standing down there waiting on their coffee, but yet don’t make coffee for people that walk in the door and ask for one
