I walked inside and ordered two drinks. I watched the two separate parties behind me get served first by Dane the manager. After seeing that, I asked two times to cancel my Americano ( a very simple drink of espresso and hot water). He refused to cancel my order even though I asked twice. He reassured me it was being made and then proceeded to fulfill four coffee drinks for the two parties behind me. Terrible customer service. They do not deserve your money. And Dane is a poor at customer service.
Staff was very friendly. The drive thru was wide and moved quickly.
