Stopped by this location on New Year's Day at around 12:30ish PM and ordered through the drive thru. I had a code that I explained to the barista I was going to use for a Tall drink and i started to tell her what i would like then the barista started carrying on a conversation through the head set that could be heard over the drive thru speaker and because she wasn't paying attention she missed what I ordered then came back to ask so rudely what I wanted when I repeated myself she was oblivious as to what I was saying, begin... read more
Worst customer service 4:30 pm Monday dec 22nd ! The girl at the window took my order wrong and instead of doing her job, she tells me that I ordered it wrong , then continues to make the order wrong again ! Get a better attitude , maybe you wouldn’t make multiple mistakes !
