I came through the drive through and ordered a venti black coffee. I got home and saw a charge for $19.55. I called the store to address this issue. The onsite supervisor initially stated she could not find the order or the charge. When pressing for a resolution, she accused me of yelling at her. Very poor customer service. I told the employee who was helping me that I don’t speak much English. I can understand English, but when someone speaks quickly and with a strong accent, I may not understand everything the first time. Apparently, asking for a little patience was too demanding.
