First, the coffee was made correctly, but it was not full. There was at least 1inch empty at the top. Second, it is HARD to turn into this place. Third, I selected in store pickup, but had to wait for someone to ask me what I picking up because they had my order at the drive through window. The lady that asked about my order didn't seem happy at all, but she wasn't rude. Fourth, that building is CRAMPED inside. I’m not even gonna lie to you, I don’t know how you forgot the matcha to a matcha cream frap. Yes, they offered to leave a note in the system for if I ever come back, but the likelihood of that happening is slim to none. Disappointing spending so much for it to not even be correct.
