Lala is the BEST! She always is so sweet and recommends me the best options even when I don’t know what to pick! She always greets me by my name and has come to somewhat remember my face in the drive thru. Always makes my day when Lala is working!!
I consistently get warm and genuine and highly competent experience .They are always friendly and kind. When my dog, Zumi, is with me, she gets lots of sweet attention. I love the coffee,too I always drive away feeling quite lovely. My two favorite Starbucks in Ames are this one on Grand by the mall and the one on Duff by Best Buys and BAM.
Today was the worst experience I had ever had. The girl who ordered the food had a very bad attitude. She was either unhappy or something else. Even after it was done, she didn't give it to me and deliberately left me waiting there. Later, it was another waiter who gave me that drink! This is the worst experience I've encountered so many times I've been there
