On Mar 19, I bought two water bottles. Seem like the waiter at the counter dunno he needs to give a bag. Or maybe his first day. When I ask for it, he throw a bag at me. Worst ever
Love the expanded space. But 3 stars because twice this month it seems my order was "lost" behind the counter and multiple customers behind me in line got served before me. Nice staff, seems like they are missing a manager.
They used to have good service at the drive thru window. Sundays are a hit or miss. I asked her if my drink had the extra caramel drizzle I paid extra for. She lied to my face. The ice some how was already melted when she gave me the cup.
