Made iced coffee instead of hot
Dirty stations and slow service. Only one barista. Then another came out long line. Unacceptable. I told them to clean the stations. They did but it should look regardless.
I will be honest the first time I have this location a really bad receive because I had a bad experience with them giving me a drink that I had an allergic reaction too. I was so frustrated I asked to speak to a manager. And let me tell you they have the best manager I have ever met! She more than took care of my issue and she helped me to really love this location. Ms, Joby Is the most humble and understanding manager, she will go as far as to get on her hands and knees and assist all her staff. The world need more leadersh... read more
