I like the Starbucks, they have always been on the slower side which is okay. But today I didn’t only wait for 15+ minutes, I also got the wrong food item and my coffee is really bad, I need to throw it away. I hope they’ll improve again since I liked going there and they’re usually really friendly.
Savanna is so great at meeting customers and gives the best advice of coffee drinks.....she suggested a pecan and pumpkin....it's now my go to for fall drinks....Thank you Savanna.....
I'm not sure if customer service just isn't a thing anymore. Not being greeted or talked to was definitely disheartening. Felt like I was imposing for trying to get a coffee. The two girls working there definitely need to learn how to greet people and maybe just fake being nice.
To the Manager of the place! I don't know why people would bring their dogs to the restaurants, but those to us who have allergies, we are not OK with dogs sniffing and shaking around our food!!! The Utah law prohibits any pets inside of the restaurants in Utah unless you have a permit. If you have a permit, please display the permit with its number of the front door, so we Would NOT come to get any food from your place!
