So bad. Pulled up to the drive through. Asked for a blonde roast coffee, coffee machine is broken so I was offered an americano instead. The employee asked if there was anything else, so I asked for a splash of coconut milk... waited for about 30 seconds and didn't get a reply so we said "that's it", waited again and decided to just drive up to the window. Almost always don’t have cold brew. What is going on??
It would be really helpful if they stopped shutting down any of their equipment 20 minutes BEFORE they're supposed to close. Kind of a bummer. Just keep in mind.
