Id give them a 0 but I cant. Waited in line for 5 minutes. 3 other people in line in front of me. The girl finished the drink she was making, took off her apron, made herself a drink and left with 4 more people standing in line. She didnt communicate that they were closing or anything. Just left. Great customer service! I guess Ill be going to Caribou coffe from now on
The two young men who made our drinks were very helpful in helping us choose a decaffeinated option and our drinks were great!

So bad. Pulled up to the drive through. Asked for a blonde roast coffee, coffee machine is broken so I was offered an americano instead. The employee asked if there was anything else, so I asked for a splash of coconut milk... waited for about 30 seconds and didn't get a reply so we said "that's it", waited again and decided to just drive up to the window.
