Worst Starbucks ever
Late night here was surprisingly chill! We actually found seats right away, no problem at all. It was nice to be able to actually sit and chat. Wish the wifi was a bit stronger, though.
We waited for an hour! In order to get our lemonade. And as a result, we were made a completely different taste of lemonade. And also one was still not ready. Terrible service
Waited for 40 minutes for a mobile order, one under trained employee was trying fulfill orders and another was continuing to place orders even though other people had already been waiting an hour, tried to get a refund for my cold brew and was informed they couldn't do a refund and they were out of cold brew anyway, absolute trash experience, I feel bad for the people visiting Philly, what a bad representation for both starbucks and the city
Walked in at 4:05pm. Chairs were being put up. I asked if they were open and was ignored by one worker with headphones on. The other said they were technically open but couldn't make any coffee drinks or frappe drinks. Skip this location! They clearly have more important stuff to do than work.
