My experience at this location was HORRIBLE . I went to this location October 11 and as I was waiting to be helped a Caucasian women left me standing there as she watched me waiting to order . Instead of assisting me she looked at me as she disgustedly put away trash with her hands with no gloves . When I asked for a manger , a tall Black guy said he was , I told him I would like to order and how long I was standing there , they both told me I should of moved to the right in front of the register to order . I love this Starbucks! The staff here are amazing, super friendly, fast, and they always make my drinks just right. I’ve never had a bad experience here, which I can’t say about other locations. I’m so glad this one is right across from my apartment!
Beautiful store
Tall African American gentleman about 6 months back ,(wish I would’ve gotten his name) was working by himself making all orders, and taking register orders. I ordered 5 drinks and he made them all perfectly in a timely manner. Give him a promotion, this is the type of service Starbucks needs!
They just don’t care about the customers in this store & just be rushing ! Won’t be going back
