Not sure what happened to last review ! But most of the baristas are very chill & pleasant nice people shoutout to morning crew that always get my order right:) and I would've liked to leave 5 stars just for that!! But the older Asian lady in their horrible customer service!!
This was my first time at this Starbucks and this is my first negative review, where the experience was so bad, I felt inclined to review. First, my order: I ordered the Lavender oat milk Matcha, hot, and was told I couldn't... I've always gotten it hot, I did so yesterday at a different Starbucks. Then, I was upcharged and they made the order with whole milk. I’ve been coming to this location about a year and sometimes like to come and write, I order some food and usually a few rounds of coffee, the last two times I’ve been and asked for the restroom code the staff says “no” and that it’s for “paying customers only” without first processing that I have already ordered both food and beverages (one instance I had already ordered two rounds of drinks).
