Your staff is so unpleasant first thing in the morning, the doors were locked at 6:15am and the location said you guys opened at 6am when your staff came to unlock the door it’s like they had and attitude about opening the door and having to start there job; I have never been to a location that had rude employees
Not sure who is the manager or who does the hiring here, but the staff is absolutely terrible. I’ve given this Starbucks so many chances because I live close by but today was my breaking point. The woman working the register was so unfriendly, she didn’t even greet me or ask me what I wanted to order, she was SOOO rude just staring at the ground when I said “hi can I place an order..?” . Had to make my own ice coffee. They didn't fill cup .if you to charge what you for coffee at least be good to customers will never give you business.
This location is wildly unreliable. It’s randomly closed at unpredictable times, and when it is open the staff isn’t pleasant or helpful. The last time I went in, they told me they were out of espresso… at Starbucks. Espresso is basically the foundation of most of the menu, so that’s not a small issue. Management clearly needs support — regional should step in and retrain or replace whoever is running this store.
Supposed to be open till 2pm on Xmas day per their posted schedule and they are CLOSED. Lights are all off and doors are all shut.
