I had bad experience today, just happened..! I ordered four Iced Matcha Latte with less on ice, I asked they are all the same so I think it will be easier to the barista remember and make them. But I got my first one is full of ice and I asked her (the barista), “is this less ice?” And guess what she got to answer me? I am lactose intolerant, so I asked for a chai late with soy milk, but they did not listen and just add «a splash of soy milk». I was sick all day then. They were both totally unfriendly and rude.
