I use Jefferson Station every day to get to my office and even thought this Starbucks it's the most convenient one I have avoided it for years since it has the worst customer service you can find. But now with the next close location closed I am out of luck, and I have to use this one inside the mall. I just don't understand how a place that its almost never busy (at least not at 7am) it can be so slow, and orders can be wrong most of the time. This location is permanently closed as of 9/12/24.
I asked for frab caramel and they didn’t do it in a right way. I asked them to do it again for me and they done it the same way no changes. That’s my 4th time in that place still they don’t know who to do it. They can ask you for tip but they don’t know how to work. Please dont spend your money in that place please.
Closed 20 mins early after we rushed to get there before they close
Asked for a large caramel frap with extra Caramel drizzle , and the employee told me that she couldn’t give me extra caramel drizzle because she was almost out … so I asked her did she have the drizzle or not , again she said she was almost out … almost out means you have it until you run out … needless to say I just gave up trying to figure out the issue .. she made my drink with very little caramel drizzle … I provided pictures to show what was left after making my drink , showing that she had plenty left and could have ju... read more
