I am giving one star, but I wish I could put negative stars or no stars at all, but there is no option. I ordered 2 cake pops and a cup of lemonade for my little daughter. They brought the cakes, but didn’t bring the lemonade. I waited for 5 minutes,10 minutes. Asked if they are bringing it. 15 minutes later they told me they are out of lemonade. The workers here were nice, and the food was fine! It was a totally normal Starbucks experience!
Waited 10 minutes for a brownie that couldve just been handed to me with my coffee…prioritization of to-go orders leaves poor service for in-store orders
Worst service I have ever gotten! Waited for about 20mins for a latte and still had to wait for a “little bit longer” they said. How funny how people ordered after me had gotten their drinks. Why. Is it because Iam the only Asian ordering? Let alone had gotten a sorry from their slow service!
