Seems permanently closed
I usually go to Starbucks outside of the city, but due to jury duty I came to this one. I placed my order and asked to use restroom and was told I had to go to 3rd floor of Macy’s to do so because the one in the store was “out of service” no signs posted at all. Guessing because this was the infamous location that had the issue with the young men and the Philly PD or the unhoused. I don’t know. Plus when I order I just use my initial not my full name.
