Degrading and disrespectful to homeless people in the area. Will never support a business with bad morals. Plus they hey mess up my drink nearly every time & very rude people anyway.
Disaster. Food says ready for pick up and it’s sitting on the back counter getting cold. 15 items all sat there doing the same thing. If you have a conference of 15k people. Perhaps consider staffing up?
I had to erase my previous review because I guess I did it under a bad day mood. I'm so grateful for this place and SPECIALLY their staff. RT and EVERYONE are super cool once you become a local. I've even been honest to some about my atm "no roof of my own" situation and not desired predicament How I am staying at a shelter that definitely (some of the administration) don't like me and had treated me like trash, and sometimes I come here to at least feel normal for a minute and they understand.
