Customer service can be improved along with accurate wait time for mobile orders. No communication regarding delays and had to check on order after 20 minutes past quoted mobile order wait time. Was told I was 3rd in queue but still had several orders given before mine. Discussed with manager who interrupted me several times and talked over me.
Watered down coffee for $7 🤦♂️
Literally posting just so i can go back to get my tall latte everyday. I wont cross a picket line so im just very angry that Starbucks won't settle this business when they CLEARLY have the money. I get my tall latte every single day. I wish that was going towards the baristas who are trying to make a living wage rather than in the rich people's pockets at the top who have never had to worry about putting food on a plate.
