A new male employee coughed into a napkin and then continued putting my food in the oven without washing his hands afterward. That is a serious food hygiene concern and a risk of cross-contamination. Employees should be following proper sanitation procedures when handling customers’ food. This was very unsanitary and unacceptable.

Went in expecting a simple transaction, but they wouldn't even break a $20 bill because of "store policy." If that's really the policy, it's a great way to drive away customers over something that costs almost nothing to accommodate. The coffee is already overpriced, and experiences like this make it even harder to justify coming back. I guess the profit margins matter more than basic customer service. Hope it's worth losing loyal customers. Nice customer service, Seattle.

I work in the hospital. I went up to grab a quick bite for breakfast and just as I approached the manager decided that she wanted to have a team meeting. I was the only person in line so I don’t understand why she wouldn’t allow them to take my order and then proceed with the meeting. She expected for me to stand and wait for them to start and finish their team meeting. Why wouldn’t you briefly shut the store down and have your team meeting? Customer service can be improved along with accurate wait time for mobile orders. No communication regarding delays and had to check on order after 20 minutes past quoted mobile order wait time. Was told I was 3rd in queue but still had several orders given before mine. Discussed with manager who interrupted me several times and talked over me.
