The staff is very unprofessional and slow.
Grossly understaffed. I routinely have to wait 10 minutes for a black coffee. Clearly run by the hospital and not Starbucks.
Listen, I buy ice coffee everyday, for almost a year now, yesterday I asked got charged more than yesterday, so I asked the lady did price go up I buy the same thing everyday, she immediately say no, you are antagonizing me. I said buy asking why it's more today. So I ask for manager 1st manager come over with an attitude and say oh I delt with you before, yes before her rep over charged me for a drink and when my co workers order they pay 1 price 537.
