Never double check to see if your drink is properly made, they WILL give you attitude for asking anything! I asked for light ice and they gave me 60% of ice in my damn cup.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Staff is RUDE. Absolutely 0 customer service skills, drinks are never made right and food is served cold everytime. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be treated poorly.
I was super surprised with how I was treated at this Starbucks. I have never felt more disrespected and not listened to. They refused to make my order the way I always get it at literally any other Starbucks, and on top of that did not want to help me figure out what else I could get. I was so excited for my matcha today, and then it all got ruined.
Thought I’d grab a late coffee before heading back to my hotel, but it was surprisingly loud and busy for that hour. Hard to find a quiet corner. Service was fine, but the din was a bit much.
