Customer Service is nonexistent at this store. Everyone is so rude and non-helpful and if your order is wrong, they give you such an attitude. I don’t understand what the qualifications are to work at this particular location but every single time I asked to get something double toasted they give me back as if I’m not paying for my products. Saw employee walk out bathroom without washing their hands. The bathrooms at this location have the sinks outside the bathroom and only toilets in the family restrooms. She walked out of the bathroom went back behind the counter and right to the cash register. I told another employee who said there is another sink and turned away from me. There may be another sink, but she didn’t use it. I grabbed my drink threw it away and left.
This is the worst location ever. I never had one bad experience at starbucks considering that it is my go-to place for coffee until I came here. To start they got my order wrong I ordered a “pumpkin matcha,” and they gave me a pumpkin chai latte. The drinks tasted so bad for example I ordered a “pink drink” and it tasted like rose water 🙄 and I ordered a dragon fruit energy drink (that is supposed to have lemonade) but can only taste the energy.
Rude and inconsiderate customer service,it’s embarrassing to ask some one for a purchase to use the bathroom while he was already there drinking coffee, I guess the bathroom is a thing nowadays. Plain stupid
