This Starbucks location is conveniently located inside the Ted Constance Center aka Chartway Arena where it's nice to have access to good coffee during events. There is an outside entrance as well as an entrance inside the arena. The baristas are professional and welcoming. In my experience the coffee is always exactly as ordered. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff here is just plain rude. I was served a cold and hard pastry, and while speaking to the barista, they kept walking away for me. No Manners whatsoever. I have ignored this behavior before, but I will no longer. I was served a sandwich here previously that was so toasted it was hard and not edible.
