Starbucks is already expensive, then the prices are higher in the airport. The least the employees can do is make your order how you ask. If I pay extra for cold foam why is a slash of cold foam being added and the rest poured down the drain. Give me my cold foam
Poor customer service at this location. Too busy talking amongst themselves and not listening to what the customer is saying. It appears its a problem to ask for a bag for your food at this location too. Again, on 10/31/25 an attendant by the name of Tammy was very disrespectful, and unfriendly. Quite an experience for a Halloween night. It was definitely a wierd experience. Employees at this location just can't get it right. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Only 1 person making drinks at 8am. The worker taking orders didn’t bother helping out and just sat there. The manager just mopped while watching the line back up and then left. I waited over 35 minutes for them to completely run out of my drink and not even offer me a refund. Don't come here, save your money.
Great and fast service from the whole staff and the coffee was your normal Starbucks experience. Also William, 5016690, is a very nice employee!
