I ordered a protein overnight oat at 1:07 and after waiting 20 minutes I asked one of the worker (she’s an older woman with white hair) if my food was ready because I didn’t see it on the counter. It was really busy and the lady at the front was telling everyone to wait. I put my order in at 10:30 and i get there at 10:50 I don’t see it. I ordered a venti matcha. I don’t see my drink there so i wait until 11:05 until I have to go to my class so im not marked late. I come back at 11:20 and ask about my drink. The lady screams and says my drink is right there. Terrible service and long waiting time, and they messed up my order
They always mess up my drinks whether its not filling my cup all the way or missing an ingredient then I have to go back and pay more because of their own mistakes. Just absolutely ridiculous.
They hire the worst people at ODU starbucks don’t come here unless you want to be disrespected. Refused to fill my Venti drink all the way, i’m paying for a drink not a cup of ice.
