One of the few Starbucks in my experience that still makes their drinks up to standards and always maintains a friendly customer service culture no matter how busy they are. Chris provides top notch customer service!
Great service and friendly staff and very patient with me! Drinks was made perfectly and the store was clean and welcoming.
Drink was ok, but terrible customer experience. I won’t come back. When ordered, staff #1 mentioned it’s ok to get purchased drink + refill at the same time. Very kind about it At pickup, staff #2 was rude when I grabbed an iced tea refill They said “This time it’s whatever, but next time you need to finish your first purchased drink first before asking for your free tea refill.”
