Unless you have a lot of extra time....make coffee at home. I just wanted a pumpkin spice latte. The two breakfast sandwiches I got were cold by the time I got home probably because they put them in the oven right after I ordered them. The lattes I order were good. But 15 minutes in the drive thru? Short staffed? Or not sure how to multitask?
So over this Starbucks ��� placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there and still had to wait almost 15 minutes after I got here while everyone in the drive thru and walk-ins received their orders and those of us that made mobile orders had to wait. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they first opened but there is no excuse any more. They need to get it together!
