There are a couple staff members that are excellent which is why I do go back..With that said i am so frustrated because I would say I throw away my 6.00 drink probably 3 times a week because it isn't correct and I am uncomfortable asking certain staff to remake my drink because they aren't approachable... my drink is pretty simple, I don't understand why it is hard to get it right. I come here four times a month and I get the same drink and it is never right. The drink is listed on the menu but it's like they still don't know the ingredients.
I went to Starbucks this past week before work, I had already had a rough start to my morning and wasn’t in the greatest mood. However, when I placed my order, the guy that took my order was very professional and enthusiastic. His attitude cheered me up and i just wanted to say thank you!!! 5 Gold stars for you! 🌟
Seriously, this is the slowest Starbucks in five states. The barista this morning was rude and condescending. I ordered egg bites and apparently they don’t have bacon, egg and cheese bites. I should go to McDonalds if I want cheese on my eggs.... Seriously??? Rudeness isn’t required bright and early in the morning. Please just make my coffee and breakfast and be polite.

This is still a fairly new location, and having been a former barista, there is a lot to learn! People haven't made the kindest ratings, but I give it a 5, because I see the work that has been put into this store! They now have a fabulous manager, Matt Stovall, that will always make things right for people,,,, Be patient people � Let this young store grow! After all, it is Starbucks, and we all know what an awesome organization that is! �
