I have been coming here literally almost every single day since this location opened and like 90% of the time they can't get a simple Coffee Frap order right. How hard is it to make the most simplest drink on the menu?? I always have to get my drink remade and even then it's usually not correct. Honestly, I believe the milk in my drink was sour…they were out of every type of alternative milk product (i.e.: oat milk) and almost all flavorings. They have the slowest person in the world working the food. Those people are not very friendly and I am sure overworked. This location is my least favorite.

Might as well draw a number out of a hat to determine IF you’re going to get your order before the people after you in line. No rhyme or reason to their system. Just waited 28 minutes for four drinks. Three of them were ready in a few minutes. Took FOREVER to get the last drink. 4 people walked out with their orders that came in after us. Absolutely awful service. When I spoke with the “manager” she was full of excuses and more. This has happened before too. Sad and pathetic service.
Slower than snails pace. Drive through is supposed to speed service up. Line was around the building.
I’m always waiting 20-30 minutes in drive thru for one coffee. It always tastes burnt and nasty. I love every other Starbucks but this one. Horrible
